What is Mindbloom's refund policy?

We are not able to accept returns for prescription medication, but we do want to provide you with options if Mindbloom is not the right choice for you at this time. If you choose to cancel your program, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund according to the guidelines below.


New Clients (Introductory Program)

Full Refund
  • You cancel 24+ hours prior to your initial consultation 
  • Your clinician determines that you are not a good fit for treatment
$150 charge
  • You cancel within 24 hours of your initial consultation 
  • You cancel after your initial consultation but before the medication for Sessions 1 and your Bloombox are shipped
$300 charge
  • You cancel after your initial consultation but before the medication for Sessions 2-6 is shipped
No Refund
  • You cancel after the medication for Sessions 2-6 is shipped

New Clients (Starter Pack)


Full Refund
  • You cancel 24+ hours prior to your initial consultation 
  • Your clinician determines that you are not a good fit for treatment

  • You cancel within 24 hours of your initial consultation 
  • You cancel after your initial consultation but before the medication for S1-S3 + Bloombox shipped
$579 charge
  • You cancel after your S1-S3 meds + Bloombox is sent but  before S4-S6 meds are sent

  • You cancel after your meds for S4-S6 are sent
